Mother's Day 2013

This Mother's Day was so great! I woke up to the sweetest card from my Lexi Belle. Her and her daddy had got a kit and put her little (not so little) hand prints inside! It was the cutest thing! Being a mommy is something you just can't describe. You mommies out there know what I am talking about. That love you have for your child is something that you can't compare to anything else in this world. I'm so thankful that I get to be Lexi's mommy. She brings so much joy to all of us every single day. 

We went to church then joined my mom and grandma for lunch at the Landmark. We had a great, great day!

It's been so nice out lately that we have been spending a lot of time outside! Lexi is obsessed with bubbles and would live outside if we would let her. Robert has been working hard to get this swing set done before big girl's birthday, so he's spent his evenings building away!

For Lexi's birthday, we are getting her a swing set. Robert couldn't find the exact one he wanted so he is building her a custom one :) Imagine that. Hopefully we will have it done by the weekend!

Bare Butt Outside!

Last night Lexi was playing outside and I ran in the house for a split second. When I come back out I see this!

She will kill me one day for these pictures, but as a momma, you just have to do it!

Where did my little baby go?? She will be 2 next month and I just cannot believe it. 

A Few Pics From Grandma

Oftentimes I get pictures of Lexi throughout the day from my grandma. She has been awesome about doing this since Lexi started staying with her at 3 months old. Today she got to play outside for 2 hours since the weather is so so nice! So glad she did! :)

Some News...

Well, it sure has been awhile since I have posted on this little blog. We have been going through some major changes around the Hollinsworth house. Lexi Belle is a little ball of fire and I have SO much to post about her. Pics and update coming later this week. I can't believe that in less than a month she will be 2!

As to our craziness right now:

As I have posted before, my friend Lana and I have started our own boutique, Crave. It has been doing unbelievably well and has consumed a LOT of my time. In the midst of all of my business with it, Robert and I have made a BIG decision regarding my job. I have taught high school business for 4 years and have loved every minute of it. Coming right out of college, it was the PERFECT job. After talking it over and discussing our plans for our family, we decided that me staying home for a few years would be the best option.

Lexi Belle has had the best of the best care that she could have for the past 2 years. My grandma has given her the love and care that she couldn't have received at any daycare or babysitter and we are beyond thankful for that.

I am absolutely ecstatic about getting to stay home with Bella. I won't have to miss a single thing! I feel extremely lucky to be able to do this and hope that I don't take for granted the time at home I will get to have with our kids.

ANOTHER big thing going on is that we are adding on to our house! Yeah, told you it was busy around these parts! The builder should be starting in about 2-3 weeks and we cannot wait! We only have it staked out right now, so more pics to come later!

WHEW! Maybe that all explains why we have been nuts lately and I have been MIA.

Back on track starting now....:)

Today I am loving that we are about to launch our new boutique!!! AGH! I cannot wait!
