Our Weekend & 5 Months

This weekend we made a quick trip back to Potosi for Bobbi (Robert's sister) and Joe's wedding! They had a cute little fall wedding with family and close friends. It turned out really pretty and we are very happy for them and the girls! I have known Joe since I have been around and he is a great guy. We are glad they are happy!

It was a nice weekend and we enjoyed seeing all of the fam. Us girls went Saturday night to see this...

and OMG was it good! I wasn't sure how the remake would be, but I LOVED it. Totally buying it when it comes out. I will say it was a chick flick, but I just sat there smiling the whole time like a giddy school girl. I'm tellin' ya folks, watch it. Run, don't walk. Serious. And Ms. Hough in this movie...she was great! And Kenny Wormald as Renn...yes, he did well. :) 

So yeah, that was our weekend. Back to the grind today. Happy Monday.

OHHHH, and yes, St. Louis will be representin' this year in the WORLD SERIES!!! Go Red Birds!

And Miss Lexi Belle, she's 5 months TODAY!

I can hardly believe it has been 5 months since she was born. Time flies!

She is about 18 1/2 lbs...eating baby food everyday.
Wearing 9-12 month clothes...
She loves sweet potatoes...
Not sleeping through the night yet.. :(
Rolling all over the place & can scoot backwards...
slobbers constantly, and usually has her pointer finger in her mouth..if not both...
starting to get more hair...finally. Born with a lot of black hair, lost it, now coming in BLONDE?
really giggling a lot lately...
gives the BIGGEST, SWEETEST smiles you have ever seen...
...and she melts our hearts more and more every day.
We don't know what we would do without her.

Sweet Potatoes

Well, the consensus is that Lexi Belle LOVES sweet potatoes. I can't feed it to her fast enough! She ate a WHOLE container full last night and slept till 4:15! Momma and daddy were HAPPY!

Today we took Lexi Belle to the pumpkin patch! It was so fun to walk around with Lexi and pick out pumpkins! This place was pretty cool...they had all of the pumpkins all around and had a lot of neat little things set up around the patch. Here are a few pics from the day:
